Code EnforcementCode Enforcement is responsible for enforcement of County Codes relating to abandoned/junked vehicles, uncultivated vegetation, trash, debris and other objectionable or unsanitary matter. With an effective code enforcement program, the Sheriff’s Office promotes, protects, and improves the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Bradford County. One of the missions of BCSO Code Enforcement is to educate residential and business owners about the county codes and to bring to their attention any existing code violations which could negatively impact their neighborhood or business. Code Enforcement’s primary goal is the preservation and enhancement of the quality of life in Bradford County. REPORT A CODE VIOLATION – If you have a concern regarding a code violation in your community and wish to report it to the Sheriff’s Office, you can do so by completing the Code Violation Complaint Form.
