Praise Employee Actions or Commend the Agency

The Bradford County Sheriff's Office appreciates knowing when an employee performs well or the agency's actions produce satisfactory services to our citizens. It helps to know when performance is outstanding and we like to recognize employees who do the job correctly. Compliments encourage continued good performance.

It is the policy of the Bradford County Sheriff's Office to recognize and reward employees who conduct themselves properly or go beyond what is normally expected of them. If you would like to compliment an employee on the service they provided to you or would like to comment on what you feel was a job well done by this agency, we would like to hear from you. We have prepared a form that will help us keep track of outstanding measures taken by our employees. The downloadable form is available for your convenience in reporting satisfactory or exceptional performance.

How To Praise or Comment on Employee Performance: You may utilize any of the following options:

1. Download the recognition form and fill it in with any information you have that would aid us in recognizing the employee you feel did a very good job and the reasons you think the actions are worthy. You can then email the completed form to Bradford Sheriff, PO Box 400, Starke, FL 32091 or fax it to (904) 966-6160 to the attention of BCSO Administrative Staff.
2. You may stop by the Bradford County Sheriff's Office at 945-B North temple Avenue, Starke, Florida 32091, and report in person. When you arrive, a member of the agency will be more than glad to provide you with and assist you in filling out a form to document good service or outstanding performance by individual employees.
3. You may also contact our office by telephone at (904) 966-2276. You should indicate that you want to compliment an employee and ask to speak with one of the administrative staff. If no one is immediately available, you may leave a message on a voice mail and someone will return your call as soon as practical.

Your comments help us to recognize good performance by our employees.
